Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist to enhance our customer success processes and drive company growth. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our international customers and prospects, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will also play a crucial role in developing and refining our customer service and sales processes, utilizing new technologies such as AI to elevate our operations.

Key responsibilities

Engage with international clients: Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers worldwide, providing timely and effective solutions.

CRM management: Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and update customer data in our CRM system (HubSpot).

Sales administration: Address customer queries regarding orders, shipping times, and product information to facilitate smooth sales operations.

Process development: Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service and sales processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role in an industrial company.

Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and strong ICT skills.

Innovative mindset: Interest in utilizing new technologies like AI to improve processes.

Organizational abilities: Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external clients.

Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Finnish is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
