Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to amplify our market presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will craft and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies, manage CRM and marketing automation via HubSpot, and optimize the digital customer journey to boost engagement and conversion rates. You’ll also oversee campaign management, budget optimization, and create compelling content to position Nordtreat as a thought leader in sustainable timber construction. Additionally, the ideal candidate can also execute traditional marketing activities such as exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies to expand Nordtreat’s market presence across Europe.
  • Optimize ad campaigns across channels, ensuring maximum ROI on budgets and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.

HubSpot & CRM Management

  • Lead CRM and marketing automation through HubSpot, refining processes and creating automated workflows that enhance lead generation and nurturing.
  • Work closely with sales to implement data-driven strategies, supporting a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.

Customer Journey & Experience

  • Map, analyze, and optimize the digital customer journey to improve engagement and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior, leveraging these insights to drive continuous improvement in digital experience and conversion rates.

Campaign Management & Budget Optimization

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with Nordtreat’s growth goals, tracking budget effectiveness and optimizing ad accounts to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies where necessary, ensuring alignment with Nordtreat’s brand and strategy.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Generate engaging, industry-relevant content, including case studies and client success stories, to support sales and establish Nordtreat as a thought leader in sustainable timber construction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with experience in growth-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM platforms, with proven success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in campaign performance and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience in budget management for digital campaigns.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French, German, Swedish, or Finnish is an advantage.
